An easy, well-kept parkland walk with dogs welcome all year — good for a relaxed stroll rather than a strenuous one, and free to park and explore.
Rolling Georgian parkland around a Neo-Grecian house built in 1816, overlooking the Nadder valley eight miles west of Salisbury. The house itself is closed to the public, but well-worn paths with occasional benches wind through the parkland and woodland, with substantial views across the park and, on a clear day, Salisbury Cathedral's spire visible from the highest point.
