Burrington Ham

Our verdict

A quick climb from the combe to a big limestone balcony. Ten minutes of effort, half of Somerset in return.

A limestone common perched above Burrington Combe, all gorse, bare rock and wide views over the Vale of Wrington.

Open access land under the Countryside & Rights of Way Act. You're free to roam on foot beyond the paths. Dogs on a short lead 1 March to 31 July and around livestock.
