Our verdict
Tiny, with no dedicated parking or path network, so this is one for combining with a proper walk around Purton or Ringsbury Camp rather than a destination on its own. Genuinely obscure — we couldn't find anyone else's account of visiting, so go in with modest expectations.
A small pocket of open-access land on rising ground near Purton, close to the Ringsbury Camp Iron Age hillfort walks. Barely a hectare and a half, with no marked paths or facilities of its own — this is roam-where-you-like access land, not a way-marked trail.
Open access land — you can roam freely on foot.
